1. What is ENGAGE?

ENGAGE is a nine month London-based internship designed to help you discover your calling in life and in ministry. Through hands-on experience and practical leadership development, interns will have the opportunity to go on a journey of discovery and preparation that will help launch them into God's specific purpose for their life.


2. Who's it for?

ENGAGE is essentially for anyone who has a heart to serve the Lord and is passionate about discovering their calling in life. ENGAGE is not exclusively for Every Nation church members. And it's not only for people who are interested in, or feel called to ministry in London and/or Europe.

However, if you are interested in, or feel called to ministry in the UK, and/or Europe, ENGAGE may be the perfect opportunity for you!

3. Is this only for people who feel called to full-time ministry?

Absolutely not. For many, determining whether or not they're called to full-time vocational ministry is something that really needs to be tried out first... ENGAGE is meant to provide a fun, yet realistic setting to do just that.


4. What's the cost?

ENGAGE is a non-paid internship. The cost will be equivalent to nine months cost of living in London plus study materials, approx. £800 per month minimum.

Every intern is encouraged to raise their finances through partnership ministry (MPD). Given that most interns will have had little to no experience raising finances for ministry, it will be essential that they get adequate training to do this with excellence and success.

For interns already based here in the UK, partnership training will be made available upon approval of your ENGAGE application. For those outside of the UK, you'll need to get the necessary training in your local region.


5. When does it start, and how long does it last?

ENGAGE begins September 1 and runs until May 31.


6. What kind of ministry would I be doing?

There are two mission options to choose from: campus and youth. Within the context of either of these two fields, you'll be joining a team of experienced missionaries. As a part of the team you'll have the chance to put on campus outreaches, kids clubs, camps, small
groups, trips, fun, etc.

In addition to the hands-on stuff, you'll also get plenty of personal
input. Leadership development is a key element of ENGAGE.
