Study
As an integral part of every intern's experience, you'll be challenged not only to engage in hands-on involvement, but to engage your mind as well. Classroom teaching, reading, writing and speaking will help you to advance in your intellectual growth as a leader.


Mentorship
Each ENGAGE intern will have the opportunity to receive mentor input from experienced full-time ministers. Depending upon your dreams and possible vision for ministry, you will have the chance to build relationships with and learn from some of the most gifted leaders in Every Nation London.


Opportunities
Without actual hands-on opportunities to apply some of what you've learned, leading will never be anything more than theory. Thus during ENGAGE every intern will be challenged with real opportunities to lead others in ministry. From building and leading a student outreach group to planning and leading social regeneration projects, every intern will be given opportunities to experience and develop their personal calling to lead.
