As an internship designed not only to help you discover your calling, but also to prepare you for success in it, ENGAGE requires you to face 'The Resource Challenge' head on. Practically, this means every intern raises enough funds through partnership ministry to cover their living expenses for the duration of ENGAGE in London.
In case you're unfamiliar with the concept, partnership ministry is the ministry of calling others (i.e. ministry partners) to engage in your ministry through prayer, encouragement and financial support. For most people who have never attempted to raise funds, this process can seem quite daunting at the very least. But rest assured, partnership ministry will not only equip you to raise the finances you will need to live as a full-time missionary in London for nine months, but even more importantly, it will open the door for you to involve other believers in ministry and through the process build relationships that will bless everyone involved!
